I decided to go back to the gym recently. After Tuesday’s workout I was sore for days. Friday I went to workout in pain. Saturday was too soon for another workout but had it already scheduled so Friday night after the workout I was in so much pain I put Wellness Salve on my legs, feet, shoulders.
